ESMT’s full-time MBA program develops leadership skills for the global stage, taught by Germany’s most international MBA faculty. At almost 90% international, MBA students at ESMT have a unique opportunity to work closely with diverse individuals, honing their intercultural skills throughout the MBA program. Through the Social Impact Club, you connect with local and international NGOs and social entrepreneurs, with whom you can organize consulting projects that benefit the world.

Networking in Berlin: You will have multiple opportunities to network and meet HR representatives, leaders from business and government, entrepreneurs, NGOs and academic experts during your MBA program.
